Sounds kind of sketchy, but it is so so fabulous! Especially the frosting....
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 c. oil
1-16 oz can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. cloves
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
mix it all together and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Frost with carmel frosting (see below)
Carmel Icing
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar and cook over low. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue to cook until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add 1 3/4 -2 cups of powdered sugar.
